To all of our valued customers, we wanted to give you all a quick update on your POS software during this dynamic situation.
First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and staying safe. This is a trying time for everyone and it’s important to remember that we’re all in this together.
We also know how difficult this is for businesses out there. We pride ourselves on serving all types of businesses, including our many small business customers out there. As a small business team ourselves, we know how great the impact of this crisis will be, both now and in the coming months. We hope that your business will successfully weather this storm and continue to have success in the near future.
As many of you know, our team is based in Las Vegas, NV. Our state, like many others, just announced that due to the spread of COVID-19 all non-essential businesses must close for the next 30 days. We agree that our state and nation need to take drastic action to combat this virus and prevent escalation.
Fortunately, however, we’re able to continue serving our customers in spite of this change. The vast majority of what we do can be done remotely, so our team will still be there for you, just as they were before. But due to the unique circumstances, we ask that you please work with us to better serve you. There will be some kinks to iron out as we adjust to the new situation and we do except support times to increase.

The current state of the world is scary. But we’re trying to stay optimistic and hopeful. We hope you are, too. Let’s use this time to remember that there is still a whole lot to be thankful for.
