1. How to speed up the transition for employees?
The best results usually come from involving the staff early in the process.  Point out and explain the changes and advantages that come with the new retail POS system.  Some things may be obvious to you but not to your staff.  In the end, a transition is much faster and less confusing if everybody knows what is coming and is looking forward to it.
2. How do I get my data into the point of sale system?
This is a common question for most retailers and can seem overwhelming, but the answer is simple. Many retail POS systems provide Excel-exports which can easily imported into KORONA. Check what exports are available and we will help you figure out what to do with them.  If you are not using a retail POS system yet, you can also request product data from your suppliers/vendors. We highly recommend importing all of your data when you are evaluating a point of sale system.  This will save you a lot of time and bad surprises by the time you are ready to go live.
3. How do I configure my retail POS workflow?
Prior to setting up POS buttons and functions, take a minute and think about what you would like to accomplish.  Ideally, you will start with only your necessary point of sale functions.
