Announcement for Dauntless Customers

Dear Valued KORONA Customer,

We have an important announcement that will affect your KORONA POS subscription. In the past, Dauntless, Inc. has been collecting subscription payments and providing support for KORONA users within the cannabis industry.

Starting February 1, 2024, Dauntless will no longer collect subscription payments or provide support. Therefore, please update your billing settings in your KORONA account. And once completed, please contact our support team for any assistance you may need.

What’s Changing

  1. Support: Once your new subscription is activated, you’ll have direct access to KORONA’s award-winning support team. 
  2. Integrations: Access additional integrations such as cannabis compliance, Appspensary reporting, and many more. 
  3. Software Enhancements: KORONA Studio and POS will receive an update that comes with many new features, including cannabis-related product fields such as strain, THC value, and more.

Some FAQs About This Change

What is the new subscription price for dispensaries?
Pricing varies depending on the features required by each individual merchant. Most dispensaries fall under the following pricing tier:

  • $179 per POS terminal per month
  • $45 per location for cannabis compliance
  • $45 per license for state compliance reporting (you can sign up for this here)

Can I still use Dauntless for integrations, compliance reporting, or support?
Dauntless is still authorized to provide additional services for KORONA. Please contact Dauntless for available services and associated pricing.

Do prepayments made to Dauntless get applied to my KORONA subscription?
No, all advance payments made to Dauntless will not get applied. Please contact Dauntless for refunds.
