Rocky Top opened into one of the most visited tourism markets in the US.

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, draws around 12 million visitors a year. And Rocky Top Mountain Coaster had built the longest coaster in the eastern United States, opening on Thanksgiving Day, and it was slammed from the very first day.

As the fifth coaster in the area, they needed every operational advantage they could find. That meant a POS system that staff could learn immediately, owners could monitor remotely, and management could use to make smarter marketing and scheduling decisions.
