FIND Outdoors has been preserving land and connecting people to nature since 1972. The organization grew across three states by adding visitor centers, campgrounds, kayak rentals, and educational programs. But with the growth of the organization, their operations and technological systems had become disconnected, each with its own limitations and none with meaningful customer support.

Lightspeed handled retail at visitor centers. Square ran campground transactions. GoForms collected demographic data. WooCommerce managed educational event registrations. Four systems, four support lines, created a different set of issues and none of which were easy to solve.

FIND Outdoors switched to KORONA POS and consolidated all of their separate platforms into one POS system. From day one, the KORONA POS team was hands-on, helping migrate products, training staff across locations, and ensuring every terminal was configured correctly before going live.

Campground staff now carry tablet terminals to check in visitors anywhere on site. Kayak waivers are signed digitally and attached directly to the customer record. Educational program event tickets are purchased and waivers completed online before the event starts. And when something needs fixing, KORONA POS support logs in remotely and resolves it within minutes.
