Truro Vineyards needed to run a multifaceted business as one.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, many businesses faced similar challenges, and operations came to a halt. Truro Vineyards had to shut down, then reopen in a completely new way: curbside pickup, contactless table service, and a new outdoor dining area. Their 15-year-old grandfathered POS system couldn’t handle the new business operations.
